We are one of the few companies in the Chicago Metro area specializing in attic decontamination.Dealing with a contaminated attic space is not fun!  And it can be hazardous to clean up. That’s when you call us. Our crews are specially trained to properly assess any attic problems and develop a safe, decontamination plan for each project.
Vermin of all kind can enter your attic space and do significant damage in the process. The first step is to get rid of the wild life.  We highly recommend Critter Detectives – they are wildlife nuisance removal and relocation professionals (See contact information below).  If the source of contamination is mold, a mold mitigation professional is recommended.
First, we remove all infested materials including insulation. Materials are carefully handled in order to prevent cross contamination during the transport and disposal process. We transport the infested and damaged materials from the attic to the dump site so you don’t have to.
Next, depending on the type of infestation, we apply the proper disinfectant to surfaces and let it dry. Once dried, we re-insulate the attic space to current standards (often a combination of batt and blown in fiberglass insulation is required).

HOMEOWNER INSURANCE CLAIMS

Often, infestations and attic decontamination services are covered by homeowners insurance. We work with your adjuster and insurance company to ensure maximum insurance coverage and help process your claim.
IMPORTANT NOTE:  We are not mold mitigation professionals.  If we discover mold, we will refer you to a trustworthy mold professional.  See contact information below.  Once mold mitigation is completed, we can then proceed with any re-insulation tasks.
