Contaminated Attic Insulation

NEED INSULATION REMOVAL SERVICES?
You may need to remove insulation for a variety of reasons including:
  • Animal infestation, contamination
  • Mold remediation
  • Fire, smoke, water damage restoration
  • Home Remodeling
  • Airborne Allergens

THE RIGHT TOOLS & EXPERIENCE FOR THE JOB
Contaminated Insulation Sucked Out of Attic
Depending on your specific project, we utilize a variety of methods to remove and discard old or contaminated insulation in the most professional and efficient manner with the least amount of disruption to your home and family activities. Our technicians are professionally trained to properly handle animal contamination and other health related contaminants to assure safe removal and disposal.
Loose fill insulation is suctioned out of the attic space using a commercial machine installed on our truck.  Batt insulation and other damaged materials are placed in sealed trash bags.  All materials are removed and transported to a dump site.
For animal infestations,  animals must first be removed from the attic before insulation removal begins.  For mold infestations, insulation is typically removed prior to mold mitigation.  See below for recommended contractors.

Often removal of contaminated insulation is covered by Homeowner’s Insurance.
